Can't login to home.getvera.com

For the last several days I’ve been unable to log into home.getvera.com, and the Vera commands I set up on Google Home stopped working as well.

This seems similar to what happened last June, documented here: Unable to login to my vera account on home.getvera.com

Is it a server issue? Anyone else having the problem?

It’s been working fine for me during the past several days using both a web browser and the apps. I just checked using a web browser and was able to login fine. Can you see “Controllers”? under the App? That is effectively the same page.

On the android app I can’t get past the login page either.

Also when I do “Forgot Password” it says I don’t have an account anymore

Are you sure you are using the correct credentials? If so, I recommend that you contact Support at this point to resolve the issue.

I cant login in to vera and the google home integration does not work

I am able to log into Vera now, but the devices are showing offline in Google Home. I have unlinked Vera, relinked it, and brought the devices back in again but they are showing offline.

I have had problems with remote access of Vera Plus for a couple days now. What is happening? Locally Vera seems to be running its scheduled tasks but I cannot access it remotely to control devices, modify scenes, or even reboot the machine.

The latest error is below but I have seen other strange errors. Tried two different browsers with same result (Firefox, MS Edge).

This Vera has been stable for years and no config changes in weeks.

Is the web service still down?

Seems to dwell a long time in this checking state before returning error above.

I have 2 customers with the same problem since last thrusday. the remote access doesn´t run (the local access is OK). An d the “service” of Vera Edge is OFF

Could some of Ezlo staff give us explanations about the issue?

I am also not able to log into my vera since yesterday.

Its up and running again.
