The vera app on my computer will not go online with my controller. I have restarted everything more than once.
Do you mean accessing your Vera controller via this portal page here? https://home.getvera.com/users/login

Thank you for reaching out. The website home.getvera.com is not compatible with our new Ezlo controllers. Instead, we recommend using our new platform at ezlogic.mios.com for better compatibility and functionality.

Thanks Jonathan but this is not a help with my problem because i cannot find anyway to add a new device or to interacte with a device on the
ezlo interface. Both of these functions are on the vera interface.
The vera dashboard works well on the mobile devices but i have very recently lost that on my computer. It just sits on “controller is offline” until i get a time out.

The option to add or remove devices is not available through Ezlogic at the moment. However, you can manage this functionality using the MiOS app on your mobile device.
Cw-kid yes that is what i mean. I have changed chrome to allow getvera insecure content and also changed https to http nether helped but thanks.

Have you got an old Vera hub or a newer Ezlo hub?
Check if a firewall or antivirus software is blocking the connection. Try temporarily disabling these programs to see if that resolves the issue.
