We changed UI representation for Cloud Variables in Simple tab (1).
Now, we display predefined response tree (2). To create a Cloud variable you could just drag and drop some property from response tree to dropzone (3). You still have ability to create variable manually (4).
And you could test all your Cloud variables (5) and see the results.
Note: Pay attention, we will send a request to the service with payload provided in fields above, it could remove or modify your data.
Let’s create variables for cityId and temperature.
Note: Variable name will be the same as property name by default.
To see variable’s settings just click on it.
In opened dialog you could rename it, apply other function or test a variable.
If you want to create a variable manually, click on “+ Add Manually” button and fill the fields.
Let’s test the variables. To do that we need to click on “Test Your Variables” button.
As a result we have the table with variables and values.
Note: This table displays possible variables’ values based on real request/response result. But, on this step variables do not exist yet. Cloud variables will be created (and updated) only after MeshBot execution (action execution, where they described).
Fixes and Improvements:
- Fixed value field in Cloud MeshBot in edit mode for number value type.
- Fixed (disabled) “Save script” button for the same Lua Script src in Action section in Local MeshBot.
- Remove NuCAL variables from Action section in case if method changed.
