looks like the “” marks are romoved from the number after “Controlgroup”:

are the “” marks removed from the controlgroupnumer (after “ControlGroup”:)?

Rex, lets see if I understand correctly
This example should work on the new firmware as well as ui5?

"SceneGroup": [ { "id": "1", "top": "1", "left": "0", "x": "3", "y": "3" } ], "ControlGroup": [ { "id": "1", "type": "info", "scenegroup": "1" } ], "Control": [ { "ControlGroup": "1", "ControlType": "label", "top": 0, "left": 0, "text_align": "left", "Label": { "lang_tag": "actuse", "text": "Huidig verbruik:" }, "Display": { "Top": 60, "Left": 0, "Width": 150, "Height": 20 } }, { "ControlGroup": 1, "ControlType": "spacer", "HorizontalMultiplier": "0.2" }, { "ControlGroup": "1", "ControlType": "variable", "top": 0, "left": 1, "text_align": "right", "Display": { "Service": "urn:micasaverde-com:serviceId:EnergyMetering1", "Variable": "Watts", "Top": 60, "Left": 155, "Width": 70, "Height": 20 } }, { "ControlGroup": 1, "ControlType": "spacer", "HorizontalMultiplier": "0.2" }, { "ControlGroup": "1", "ControlType": "label", "top": 0, "left": 2, "text_align": "left", "Label": { "lang_tag": "watts", "text": " Watt" }, "Display": { "Top": 60, "Left": 225, "Width": 50, "Height": 20 } }, { "ControlGroup": 1, "ControlType": "line_break" }, { "ControlGroup": "1", "ControlType": "label", "top": 0, "left": 0, "text_align": "right", "Label": { "lang_tag": "Tariff", "text": "Huidig tarief:" }, "Display": { "Top": 80, "Left": 0, "Width": 150, "Height": 20 } }, { "ControlGroup": 1, "ControlType": "spacer", "HorizontalMultiplier": "0.2" }, { "ControlGroup": "1", "ControlType": "variable", "top": 0, "left": 0, "text_align": "right", "Display": { "Service": "urn:brutgrink-com:serviceId:dutchSmartMeter", "Variable": "ActiveTariff", "Top": 80, "Left": 155, "Width": 50, "Height": 20 } }, { "ControlGroup": 1, "ControlType": "spacer", "HorizontalMultiplier": "0.2" }, { "ControlGroup": "1", "ControlType": "label", "top": 0, "left": 0, "text_align": "right", "Label": { "lang_tag": "Tariff", "text": "" }, "Display": { "Top": 80, "Left": 225, "Width": 50, "Height": 80 } }, { "ControlGroup": 1, "ControlType": "line_break" }, { "ControlGroup": "1", "ControlType": "label", "top": 0, "left": 0, "text_align": "left", "Label": { "lang_tag": "Gas", "text": "Gas" }, "Display": { "Top": 100, "Left": 0, "Width": 150, "Height": 20 } }, { "ControlGroup": 1, "ControlType": "spacer", "HorizontalMultiplier": "0.2" }, { "ControlGroup": "1", "ControlType": "variable", "top": 0, "left": 0, "text_align": "left", "Display": { "Service": "urn:brutgrink-com:serviceId:dutchSmartMeter", "Variable": "Gas", "Top": 100, "Left": 155, "Width": 50, "Height": 20 } }, { "ControlGroup": 1, "ControlType": "spacer", "HorizontalMultiplier": "0.2" }, { "ControlGroup": "1", "ControlType": "label", "text_align": "left", "Label": { "lang_tag": "Gas_Unit", "text": " m3" }, "Display": { "Top": 100, "Left": 225, "Width": 50, "Height": 80 } } ] },

I see the advantage of this new layout, no more letters/words on top of eachother

Some quick tech-work got me up and running while I slept so the new firmware is running (big thanks). Still my Leviton switch refuses to command / trigger a scene from the wall. Only using my Vera app or PC dashboard results in the scene triggering and executing. I guess this one is tougher to solve!

Thanks again and sorry again for the outburst!

I AM QUITE HAPPY WITH THE CHANGES I AM SEEING, MANY BUGS REMOVED

Very nice new feature which saves tons of time
Device Simulator for json (to be found under apps-develop apps

I like the new group “Temperature Leak Sensor” … my water sensors are grouped there :-).

Very nice to see Vera support staff participating in this thread.

Another sign that things are changing for the better.

Really?.. donk’t know who staff is ::slight_smile:

Still blocked

Here are the logs :

Not even that. Mine is worse. I have two Foscams. One for livingroom and one for kitchenroom. I tried to fix up the Not Connected problem by changing some parameter values back and forth. Then the one in the Kitchen disappeared! I tried to add it back but then it disappeared again. At one time, both of them disappeared. I managed to add the first one (livingroom) back, but one second one always disppear on me. Calling :3480/data_request?id_sdata only shows one Foscam device…[/quote]

I am seeing the same issue, my camera has disappeared numerous times. I re-add them and they disappear shortly after.

After the upgrade on my Edge the system messages about lua startup etc… are no longer showing at the top of the screen, now I cant tell when the thing is restarting without being logged in via SSH. Is this the case for everyone or is it just my unit?

I encounter the same issue… sometimes it does show messages though… just often not

Just upgraded to UI7 a week ago on my Vera 3, upgraded 2 days ago to newer firmware available. Since upgrade 2 days ago, Vera 3 will not remain on. Sometimes refuses to boot (power LED flashes green/red, all other lights off), sometimes after booting, connects to network, I can log in, will later fail with same power LED flashing red/green (all other lights off).

Device is warm to the touch, even after failing, but I feel that is expected.

Power supply that came with it is 12V/1A, tried using a different 12V/1A power adapter (from a linksys router), still same problems.

I have around 58 devices and 5 virtual devices, and maybe 10 scenes. I should be well under the 200 device maximum.

I don’t know if its UI7, or the most recent update to UI7, but the unit will not stay on for more than a few hours.

Ideas?

I passed this info on the Development Team and Customer Care to see if they can intensify the problem.

Try turning off:

In Network Settings.
