It is strange. My Vera2 was worked fine and I did no any changes in last many weeks.
But today evening it stops managing scenece, when I enter it from computer it shows red box in top left with the message - No ZWave dongle.
I have USB flash drive used for logs and swap, I switched all off, I did a restart - nothing helps (
I’ve checked micasaverde.com/vera2 and it told me that I’m up to date with my firmware
Yes, I’ve submitted a support ticket but it will need days for response.
What is wrong? Dongle is integrated, what does it means that “no dongle”?
I’ve searched throuth forum but did not found a solution.
Hi Guys, as you already know we don’t work over the week end so this is why the delay. I just send you both a reply asking for access codes. I can’t be sure what’s the problem until I get a chance to access the units. So send me the access codes and hopefully I’ll be able to fix this very soon.
For two weeks already my Vera is in useless state.

In this two weeks a few days it works but like this - half a day is working, the rest is not
What is also strange for me - while Vera is not working (showning “No zwave dongle” or “Failed to start”) all my direct device to device associations are also not working.
Mios released a new firmware which they think should fix my problem but it was not.
I did an upgrade - same No zwave dongle message.
I did a few restarts with one power circle.
Now message about No zwave dongle diseapeared but by zwave network is 100% broken.
For example if I try to switch a light on it failes with transmit failes error code 2 message
Most probably your Z-Wave Home ID changed, which means that you have to exclude and re-include your devices, but if you already have an ongoing tech support ticket, I would wait for their answer.

My network contains about 40 devices, some of them it is hard to access.

I’m having the same problem and I bought my vera only one week ago. I already made the report to the support (MiOS tech support #29137) and now i’m waiting for the solution.

I did an upgrade (1.1.1362) but still with the message “No Zwave dongle”
I’m having the same issue. What i can’t understand is, that support doesn’t post a solution or tell anybody what they’ve done. So all of us doesn’t need to start a support case… ??? ???

What is strange - devices shich are working lists as Neighbors only id 1 (i think it is Vera intself)
no routes throuth other devices
