Red Cog, No Zwave, No Clue - HELP!!!

So for no identifiable reason, my Vera is now showing a red cog and “Zwave:No Zwave” whenever I login through Findvera.com, and I can no longer communicate with any of my devices. It’s as if someone pulled the dongle out of the unit (which has not happened, unless there’s an animal running around the house I don’t know about).

This unit is in my vacation home, so I cannot visually inspect it, nor can I unplug/replug it. The unit has been operating completely reliably for over a year. I’ve made no recent changes to anything - no firmware upgrades, no new device adds, nothing. It was working normally on Tuesday, and when I logged in Wednesday, the red cog showed at the top of the screen with the message “Zwave:No Zwave” next to it, and it’s essentially dead (as far as device control goes). It’s behaving as if the dongle has been unplugged.

I’ve tried remotely rebooting, no success. Last night, late, I got a message that Vera went down. Not sure why, maybe a power outage down there, but it’s up again today and I was hopeful the problem resolved itself, but no such luck - still No Zwave.

I submitted a tech support case with logs yesterday - haven’t heard back from MCV. I view this as a P1 issue - my system is down - so I do wish someone at MCV would at least respond.

I’m stumped. Any ideas?
