Ezlo Secure White Blinking Light

I have an Ezlo Secure that appears to be bricked?!? The light on the front simply blinks white! And when i hold in the reset button, nothing happens.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have created a Support Ticket and sent you an email with instructions to power cycle the controller. Please let us know the results at your earliest convenience. In case any other member is interested in this process, we have a post with instructions here.
