Ezlo Response Team for better Customer Care

Hi everyone,

In an effort to improve our communication and process escalation with the community members, we’ve created a task force group called Ezlo Response Team.

You may have already noticed the Asset 15 badge. All the Ezlo staff has it.

Ezlo Response Team is a public group and if you need help from someone specific just check the group to see the exact name and tag it in your post with @. If you’re not sure which team member can help you with your inquiry you can even tag the entire Ezlo Response Team group with @Ezlo_Response_Team.

Makes sense. Helps to clarify for users who they are dealing with. Some may get confused between team members and users posting technical advice.
