Have a new Ezlo Plus and it set up thru the app with no issues and pairs devices ok so far but cannot connect thru the web at home.getvera.com link. It logs in but says my controller is off line. Is there a different web site or other issue?

We are glad to know that you had an easy time setting up your Ezlo Plus.
For the time being, the Ezlo controllers can only be accessed from the Vera Mobile app. However, we are already working on a graphical interface for web browsers.
It is currently on a beta process, so it’s lacking many functionalities and has some bugs that we are working on and probably unknown bugs that we’ll find along the way.
But if you are interested in testing this tool, you can go to this post for more info.
I suggest you give it a try. It will help us shape a better product and service for all of our customers.
