Can I transfer a Vera secure to an ezlo?

I would like to re-open this.

Can someone update if it is possible to migrate the configuration from Vera to Ezlo?
I am referring more to the Z-Wave configuration as exclude / include is very complicated since most of my modules are installed inside the walls.
Is this possible via backup and restore?

Hello @nirgal,

Our team is working on a tool to migrate the Vera devices to eZLO, but we do not have an ETA yet.

You will be able to use your new eZLO controller in parallel with your Vera, and start migrating your devices manually and with time.

The working on it statement is something I got also two years ago - just go back in this thread.

Correct, but it apply only to the Z-Wave devices, the scenes and the other settings must be set manually again.

Let us know if we may proceed and we will create a support ticket for you and apply the process.

Vera to Ezlo Migration

So long waited migration feature is now available publicly. You can access the tool under ā€œSettingsā€ main menu item.

The migration tool allows you to select a previously created backup from a Vera controller and apply this backup to an Ezlo Controller.

You can get the backup of Vera Controller(Vera Edge/Plus/Secure) from the backup menu under ā€œSettingsā€ main menu item.

And then select your controller to migrate devices to :

!!! Please Pay Attention !!!

This procedure will only transfer Z-Wave devices

the Vera Edge/Plus/Secure you are transferring from must be powered off

The Ezlo Controller you migrate to will lose all existing z-wave devices.

The z-wave home ID will be the same as the one in Vera controller. So if you turn on your Vera controller again, devices will be controllable by both of the controllers at the same time.

We will be improving the tool in upcoming releases.
