You are using the correct username and password for your regular Vera account?
This is interesting. I assume I’m missing something obvious here, but this thread - and several screen shots in it - is about WebUI 1.1.1, with links to http://ezlogic.mios.com/. However, when I go to that site, I get “Beta 0.4.2”, which appears to be mostly non-functional. I have tried with two different browsers, as well as clearing my caches. What am I missing here? 
Edit: I just noticed that this is filed under “Ezlo Edge Computers”. Does that imply it is not for Ezlo Plus controllers and the like, but something different? Perhaps I get the other version because I have the Ezlo Plus and Vera Plus, not Ezlo Edge?

Once you click “Create New Meshbot” you will be taken to this page to start creating your MeshBots (Rules/Scenes)
