Anyone using TriSensor 8 (ZWA045) with Ezlo hub?

Just trying to see if I could get some input. I am having hard time to include for second time after excuding from the system. Also wondering about some params setup.

Is it even supported by Ezlo Pro hub? I see there is ZWA005 available in Sensors section.

Once the device has been paired to the controller, the Z-Wave Device Parameter settings can be set in Ezlogic web UI in the Settings - Devices area on the device itself.

@cw-kid , @JonathanB yes. ZWA005 is supported but I guess ZWA045 is not yet.

I was able to include one sensor on each of two hubs. I am trying to include another ZWA045 and I can’t get it included no matter what I try. I have tried 2 different sensors with exactly same result.

Inclusion process work as expected - after entering pin sensor flashes green 5x indication success with inclusion. In the app inclusion process goes to 50% where it stalls. Inclusion times out after that in the app with no device included.

I tried excluding the device, factory reseting. The device is inches away during inclusion.

Is your team going to test ZWA045 together with Multisensor 7? It looks like they might be suffering from similar symptoms.

I would be happy to try something else to achieve successful inclusion but I am not what else I can try.

I was able to include extra sensor after power cycling the hub. It’s there but not really reporting as it should. Not sure if it was coincidence or solution to the problem. In any case, official support for this device would be nice.
At this point I will stop messing with it. I have spent way too much time on it and I’ll wait until these devices are officially supported. Hopefully soon. They have been on the market for a while.
