ZWave LED off

Hello,

I have one problem with Vera device. It was working OK and suddently he stopped. The problem is that the ZWave light is off, and then, is imposible to access into the interface for manage the devices, evets and scenes. The database seems not load.

Can somebody help me??

Have you tried power cycling the Vera?

Yes. I have restarted the router several times, and it doesn`t work. I can’t load the interface, it sais me that the database can’t be loaded.

Hmm… Sorry to hear that. This is an issue I have never had myself so I can’t personally comment. There are several others on there though that might be able to help.

I would also suggest that you contact MCV support on this right away if you haven’t already. From what I understand they are pretty quick to respond when a customer is dealing with a critical system down type of situation.
