I just started to get this tonight everything was working great any idea what I should be looking for? I really do not want to do a reset I have about 30 device and 5 are locks that have been working flawless.

Did you try rebooting Vera and then a Heal and Stress Test? I was getting this last night as well, and I unpluggged her for about 10 minutes, then i plugged the snob back in. After that I did a Heal and Stress Test. Then she was acting right again after that.
