After a power outage unit became very unstable. So tried to recovery using backup. This only made the problem worse. So I tried the factory reset. Then the problem went from bad to worse. No I see error of no zwave dongle. It wont let me reset the zwave chip, gives me error of zwave unreachable. I would be fine zapping the thing all the way back to as it came out of the box and rebuilding the whole thing, but can’t seem to get it to do that any suggestions?
Hi, Please enable tech support and send us the access codes so we can investigate this issue. Just go to Advanced > Tech support tab and click the Enable it button and then complete the form and submit it
