Anybody had similar issue(s) when suddenly one day waking up and all zwave devices were gone from UI5?
I’m running a small setup with a few duwi blinds, everspring (and other) plugs with vera as primary controller, homeseer (with aeon labs stick) as secondary controller. Most of automation is scripted in HomeSeer, which still communicated to the zwave devices properly. Other functions automated from Vera magically stopped working: when I looked at UI5, all (zwave) devices were gone. My other (plugin / virtual / ip-cams) devices were still there.
You are running the latest version: 1.5.346 .
Restoring a backup file from the previous day with the option “Restore Dongle Firmware” obviously restored my z-wave network.
Anyone knows if this is common behaviour ? What or why it would have removed my devices? Should I expect this to happen often?

I have had Vera for years (currently running 3 of them in my home) and have never seen this…
I would expect not to see such a problem for years…
Are you using the same software version like we do?
thx - I tried a backup with a date where I know that the system worked
nothing changed,…the zwave devices are not working
In Setup/backup, restore section: select file and be sure to select checkbox
“Restore Dongle Firmware (takes up to 2 hours and is not recommended)”
Note: it did not take 2 hours on my Vera, but hey if size matters: I have a small zwave network.
