ZTS-100 Paired and on network, but no local network icon?

Hi Again,

I have included a few more ZTS-100 Tstats to my network. Oddly enough, I have included them in the network and they are appearing on my Control Pannel, yet on the Thermostats own little screen I do not get the little “wifi” icon indicating it is included. All signs point to it being included. But, just wanted to know if someone is experiencing the same issue.

When I included the tstat with the VeraLite, the VeraLite flashed "“included”. But the Tstat said “NoC”, as in no connection.

I’m a little bothered by this. Something I’m doing wrong or is it a faulty unit. Id rather not send back for an exchange as it is a PITA. If it works, it works.

try to exclude it from the z wave network Remove the batteries and disconnect the power to the unit. power it up, exclude it again and add it to your network. Put the batteries in.
