Zooz multi-tap trigger working, "reversed" on Ezlo Plus

The Vera beta firmware added Zooz multi-tap triggers some time ago but I couldn’t get it to work. I don’t know why, but it worked for me today, at least on a ZEN22 (Vera FW 1.7.5380 (7.32)).

It’s also working on the Ezlo Plus. However, the button names are “reversed”. Vera uses the terms “top paddle” and “bottom paddle”. However, Ezlo uses the terms “button 1” and “button 2”. One would think that “button 1” would be “top paddle”, but it’s not. “button 1” is the bottom paddle and “button 2” is the top paddle. This seems counterintuitive to me. Is this a bug that should be corrected?

Hi @kkl

In such case, I would recommend you to change Parameter 1 of the device to invert/reverse its behavior.

On/Off Paddle Orientation

Parameter 1: Choose if you want the upper paddle to turn the light on or turn the light off when tapped.

Values: 0 – Upper paddle turns the light on, lower paddle turns it off (default); 1 – Upper paddle turns the light off, lower paddle turns it on; 2 – Any paddle turns light on/off.
