I picked up two of these on Woot last week and while it took me a bit to get them going, I now have them up and working with my Vera.
After I added them using the wizard, they did not work. Here’s the settings I had to use.
device_type - urn:schemas-upnp-org:device:DigitalSecurityCamera:1
device_file - D_DigitalSecurityCamera1.xml
URL - snapshot.cgi
I set a userID and password on the camera before adding it. I also set the camera’s port from 99 to 80.
The video quality is good, just wish it had a wider angle of view.
