Zigbee Error Management

Is it normal that after re-establishing communication with my Zigbee device, the following error remains?
Even if I use the device control available with an acknowledge from the device, the message “Can’t detect device” stay in place and the message “Success! Transmit was OK” become “Can’t detect device” after about 15 seconds.


Hi Raynald, if you try to change the status of your blinds manually and from the app, does it work?

No, I set the “CommFailure”, “CommFailureAlarm” and “CommFailureTime” to zéro (0) and the error message “Can’t detect device” is still there.
