Z Wave Temperature probe needed

Does anyone know of a single purposed temperature sensor that can be purchased to measure temperature AND is in the form of a temperature probe or immersion sensor.

The intent is to measure the temperature of a fluid in a pipe. It can be an RTD like the PT 1000 or a 10k thermistor.

Can’t you use a fibaro doorsensor with a waterproof ds18b20 temp sensor?
