Few more questions - any specifics about existing non 128 bit networks? Or better yet - does anybody know of existing 128-bit Z-Wave networks (besides Vera and Schlage Bridge)? My guess it depends on the Primary controller supporting 128-bit encryption extension. Are there any such controllers available or existing ones upgradeable?

I did not know that Vera was a 128 bit Zwave network.
I know they will be working on the door lock that uses a 128 bit device class.
The Device class stuff is Proprietary Zwave. You need to join the Zwave alliance or purchase a Dev kit to get the up to date stuff. .

Anyone out there know any more on this that can say…

We have the Schlage lock in our hands and are working on support for it as we speak. We’ll give an update in a week or so.

I guess there are some sites that offering many types of dead bolt locks, deadbolts and miscellaneous locks for home so just need to search some stores like that.
