Yard Lights On/Off Questions

It’s been like forever and IDK if anyone is really using Vera Plus any longer and has moved on to something better but I thought I’d post…

I want to do the following with Reactor:

All Yard Lights On from 20 minutes before dusk to 20 minutes after dawn.

Backyard Lights off at 10pm Sunday through Thursday Nights

Backyard Lights on after 4am Monday through Friday Mornings

Backyard Lights Off at 11pm Friday and Saturday Nights

Backyard Lights on after 5am Saturday and Sunday Mornings.

Here’s my current logic which I’m testing, but not quite done with setting up:

Also, sometimes the dual Z-Wave Plus Switch controlling the backyard and frontyard lights becomes unresponsive so I’d like to add some persistence to this Reactor to keep trying to run it every few minutes.

Hello @Sammy2,

We recommend different scenes or reactor for each scenario:

  • All Yard Lights On from 20 minutes before dusk
  • All Yard Lights Off 20 minutes after dawn.
  • Backyard Lights off at 10pm Sunday through Thursday Nights
  • Backyard Lights on after 4am Monday through Friday Mornings
  • Backyard Lights Off at 11pm Friday and Saturday Nights
  • Backyard Lights on after 5am Saturday and Sunday Mornings.

I use reactor for similar setup…did you get it working?
