Yale Locks Not Being Recognized as Locks

I purchased these Yale Assure Lock 2 Touch with Z-Wave - Fingerprint Smart Lock in Black - Amazon.com

I have the device showing in my ezlo dashboard but Its not recognized as a lock and I cant add new pins to the locks and I can’t lock/unlock in the mios app or UI

for now I have it setup in the yale app just for use but is this an issue with developers or on my end?

my shlage locks work just fine pairing and adding new pins. The only reason I am using yale is because of lack of color options for the shlage

Hi xilb51x,

It sounds like your Yale lock may have not been paired successfully with your ezlo hub. Normally, for encrypted devices (S2 authenticated devices) pairing should be done close to the hub, and most of the time there is a DSK key (5-digit code) that you will need to input if the app asks. Can you please try to exclude and then re-include the device, and try to input the 5-digit code when prompted by the MiOS app?
You can find the instructions for inclusion and exclusion on page 19 in the document below:

Let me know how it goes.
Thanks.
