Yale Lock lost all pin codes.

I did a firmware upgrade today and one of my Yale locks lost all of its pin codes except for the master code at some point after. My other Yale lock still works fine. I went onto the Vera site and the lock shows all the codes still. I had to delete and then add back in every pin code to get it to work again.

Did the firmware change actually cause this?

I did the FW upgrade a few weeks ago and have two Yale locks. Both survived without issue, as did my z-wave Schlage lock.

I did have some flaky incidents (details hazy) a while back, which I think was related to low battery conditions. The locks are not accurate regarding battery life, especially if you use Li batteries. Make sure you change the batteries at least every year regardless of what Vera reports. Do not wait for the lock to blink red to tell you. All together I have about a dozen digital locks.
