Yale door looks

I installed 2 Yale Real living Door locks
with a Vera Lite every thing works well.

But when I go to device and logs and click on the mail icon to see who can in the house I get this massage:

+1 can’t open any alert

I have the same problem. I only noticed it after installing Vera Alerts, since these notifications are not getting picked up by Vera Alerts for some reason.
