Yale deadbolt lock offline but works!?

I have a Yale keypad deadbolt lock on my front door. Always when I open up the Vera app I get a list of warnings that the lock is offline. However, it never really is: it ALWAYS works when I try to open/close it through the Vera app. Anyone know what’s happening here?

Make sure the poll settings on the Lock is not set to 0, while this good for battery life of the lock, Vera does not get debriefed about the status of the lock and thinks that it might not be connected. IMPORTANT = If poll is set to 0, make sure you are not changing it, if you are not at the same location, because, if the lock is too far away, it will most likely stop working completely, because the lock re-configures itself upon changing that value, and if it’s too far away, there is chance it will break the configuration completely.

I checked and the poll settings are set to check every 1080 seconds… The lock is really close to the veralite controller so it shouldn’t be a range issue… The strange thing is that it always works when i lock or unlock it…

In this case, I would recommend enabling tech support on your Vera and email the tech support access code to support@getvera.com so we can have a look on it.
