Why is my controller showing offline on the Web UI?

Hi @Bobone,

We have 2 different websites for 2 different controllers (Ezlo and Vera):

  1. home.getvera.com = This website is used for Vera controllers (Edge, Plus and Secure), you can access and use them, but if you have Ezlo hubs assigned to the same account, they will always show as offline.

  2. ezlogic.mios.com = This website works with Ezlo controllers (Plus and Secure), you should be able to see and use them as well, however, Vera controllers will not show up on it.
