Which AV receiver for seamless integration?

I have purchased the Vera Light, and my old receiver is pretty long in the tooth anyway, so I am wondering if there are devices that will work seamlessly with Vera I should consider first?
I will need an AV receiver and while I don’t “need” a new DVD player, the face has fallen off of mine, and it doesn’t stream all the providers I might like to try, so I could probably replace that as well.
If possible, I would like to avoid using IR blasters or repeaters, but if there is no way around it, then I guess that’s okay too.

Pretty much any of the above brands that are network compatible should work…

However I think I would go with a Pioneer or Denon first since the Onkyo’s network interface can be a bit flaky, and also they can be a real power hog in standby 8)

The link to the Denon info doesn’t appear to go anywhere. ???
I have lots of experience with Pioneer units, maybe I should try that then.

Yeah, there is only code there I guess in the browse source section. The developer has a thread on it here somewhere.
