where is the 'proper' place for feature requests?

I see feature requests all over the forums, but isn’t there some central place or method to put in a feature request. Putting them in the forums assumes that someone at MCV is searching through them.

Okay, I guess I will play dumb user now… I added myself to bugs.mios.com. Tried to do a ‘Report Issue’. The Category field which is marked as required does not let me select anything. It shows “(select)” but no other options. So I fill out all other fields and submit… get error back…

Database query failed. Error received from database was #1054: Unknown column ‘category’ in ‘field list’ for the query: INSERT INTO mantis_bug_table

Account prefs show me as reporter/reporter for access and project level

I use bugs.micasaverde.com; seems to be the same database but you can select that field’s value.

Haven’t had issued there myself, but it has been flaky.
