Whats needed for a return?

I am returning a vistacam and wondered if I need an R.A. number? I sent MCV a question via the contact link on the website but wondered if there is a better way to get a hold of them. I tried the phone number and was prompted to leave a message {even for sales} but a week later and still no response…


I have checked and we have sent you at least two replies for your tickets. Are you receiving any emails from us ? Have you checked the spam or trash folder on your email to see if the emails were redirected there ?
