Once again I will respectfully request that when MCV is having problems with our infrastructure that they immediately let us know. I suggest a new forum category specifically for this. They would earn big points in my book for keeping us apprised of any problems that effect us. Some of us are beginning to rely on Vera and can’t afford to take this kind of service interruption lightly.
Agree Rancho, notification at beginning and end of service problem would save users much time, effort, and angst, and result in more user satisfaction
Speaking of “user satisfaction”, is it reasonable to expect technical support to acknowledge receipt of a trouble ticket? You report a problem, wait several days (maybe longer) and you still have a problem. Are they working on your problem? Maybe the trouble ticket was lost?
