What alarm system to get with Vera?

I just bought a veralite and am now looking for a security system.

The first system I considered was Simplisafe. It looks like a great system but I do not like how it cannot integrate with my vera.

I would like the following out of a security system:
Utilize same sensors as vera ( do not want to put 2 sensors on everything )
Can integrate to vera
Battery backup preferred ( can use my own if needed)
Cell service integrated
Wireless

I really appreciate the input!

Hi

Although not perfect, for the price I would get an ADT Vista 20P system. With the use of the AD2USB interface it integrates well with vera.

Don

If you haven’t done so already, have a look over the forum. There are many topics on this and some asking the very same question.

I just picked up a Vista 20p and connect it to the Vera with the Envisalink 3. I’m very happy with. The sensors show up and are usable in the Vera. The system actually requires a battery backup and will throw an error if one inst connected. They sell 3G and 4G modules if you want, although I’ve opted to just use the Envisalink for monitoring since it is much cheaper.
