Vistacam 700 Wont Pair Wireless

I bought two Vistacams 700 to pair wirelessly to the Vera Secure. I get the Wifi light blinking, i hit select and it blinks faster, and after two minutes – Nothing!

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Dennis,

I would start by resetting the cameras to make sure you erase any previous set up attempts. Press & hold the reset button on the back for ~15seconds.
Then, make sure the wi-fi hotspot you’re connecting the camera to is in the same LAN as your Vera controller and it’s running on 2.4ghz. If this doesn’t work out, I’d advise logging a ticket or calling our support team and they’ll help you with it. https://support.getvera.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

I have the same problem with my VeraPlus controller…

I followed all the instructions step by step (as documented) to bind wireless the Vistacam 700 camera and nothing… I tried 4-5 times and it don’t work… even after a hard reset on the cam.
