Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could help me out controlling a virtual switch via Alexa. I’ve tried changing the catagory to 3 and subcatogory to 0 as suggested in other posts. However, the virtual switch still does not show even when disableing and re-enableing the vera skill.

Any ideas as to what else I can try?

i don’t know your use case but maybe just create a manually triggered scene and make the device the virtual switch. The scene will definitely show up in Alexa. Then you could use luup for additional functions as necessary
