Virtual Switch with AutoOFF

I’m looking for a virtual switch which turns off automatically after pushing. It should be used as a trigger for PLEG. I found VirtualSwitch under miosApps but it doesn’t support this?

How can I do this without making a scene that turns it off?

I want to use it in HomeWave so it should be compatible. Otherwise I would use Multiswitch.

Create a Virtual Switch and use PLEG to pause and then turn off the Virtual Switch

Input

VSwitchOn

Condition

TurnOffVSwitch = VSwitchOn

Action

TurnOffVswitch (add the delay you want to PLEG and turn off the VSwitch)

This would be sort of a virtual momentary switch.

I’m interested to know what you are doing with this.

Thanks, I will probably make one scene with all my virtual momentary switches and set them all to off if any one of them triggers. That way I only have to do it once. :wink:

The idea is to use this to initialize home cinema but also for setting the volume to a specific level.

That’s kind of what the multi switch is for with the pulse buttons
