I’m using a virtual http device ( from dbochicchio) that sends an http request via ifttt (webhooks) to my switchbot in order to close/open my gate. This works fine, but the disadvantage is the fact that i do not know the status of the gate…open or closed. Therefor I have fitted an omron pir sensor that triggers a shelly 1 , so the shelly knows if the gate is open or closed. The only thing i still need to do is to be able to change the “icon” (i have the Switchboard Virtual Binary Switch) on the dashboard without enabling the switchbot.
I someone able to help me with this?
