Video upload fail

I have scenes to record video using Vistacam 700 but half of the times the video is not uploaded (I see in the alerts the “Upload failed” message). The unit was replaced (VeraEdge) under warranty, then I was told that there was a server error but now I don’t know what else needs to be done.

Help!

Does it not get saved to the sd card?

I get the same alerts and have never seen a picture or video
