VeraSentinel Billing "every day"

Anyone else use Vera Sentinel? I guess about a week ago, they started billing. That isn’t a problem. I’ve been getting emails daily saying that there was a successful billing against my credit card for $2.48. This has gone on for 9 days in a row. I’ve actually only been billed 3 times. I’ve been trying to get someone in support to fix this, but haven’t even got anyone to acknowledge that I’ve been billed incorrectly.

I’m curious if anyone else has this issue and if so have they had any luck getting it resolved?
