All I got was the Quick Start Guide. It says “Please view the complete Owner’s Manual online for more detailed setup instructions.”

All I find online is the Quick Start Guide I already have.

Try http://support.getvera.com/ as it doesn’t seem there is a user guide online anymore.

They now have created youtube training videos which may also assist you

So, there is no “complete Owner’s Manual online,” that my Quick Start Guide refers to.
