VeraLite - Unable to access

I received the LUUP engine is taking too long error on my UI5 Veralite so I unplugged my Vera, downloaded the vera recovery tool from the Wiki page, changed my LAN properties 192.168.81.1. When I open a browser to that IP address, I get a Vera screen and it just shows “unit busy”. The blue light is steady on and the green light flashes rapidly.

I opened the Vera Recovery tool, there is nothing listed in the “Detected LAN cards” box. What do I do next?? I’ve scoured the wiki pages for MiOS, but I can’t seem to find any solutions.

I contacted Vera support and they were able to fix this. I was SO happy to learn that Vera does automatic backups!!
