VeraLite error network

The Network light is not lit up at all or flashing ?

The default IP is 192.168.81.1 apparently, if the hub has been reset somehow.

How can I find Veralite's IP address to use after reset?

I have done a factory reset on my Veralite & now cannot find her on my PC. I have tried using my IP Scanner [Angry IP Scanner] with a Network cable from PC to Veralite. Since this pings all IP’s in a range I put in, I tried using the 192.168.81.100 to 192.168.81.254 but without success. I have tried with my Crossover network cable - again no luck. Vera’s network light is just flashing fast/flickering. I have not listed all my searches, but how can I find her IP address to enable me to re-set…
