Can you please help me get two way connectivity set up with veraconcierge and my vera. I am new to veraconcierge, paid for a license, but haven’t been able to get it functioning properly. This is where I currently sit.
- VeraConcierge is installed,
- VeraConcierge is running and I can get to the configuration page.
- My vera device is detected, but
- I cannot get two way connectivity to work.
Background:
VeraConcierge is running on a windows 10 Pro. The Windows 10 firewall ports have been opened (on the device running VeraConcierge (not on the router)). Localhost:8989 opens the local server configuration page. My vera device is visible. If I click on custom settings, my device list appears. If I click on connectivity, I receive the pop up message that I have a firewall blocking access to the ports.
I have attached pictures of the veraConcierge page, showing the connectivity error - firewall must be in place. netmap and netstat images showing the ports are open and available. I have attached pictures of the startup page vera, confirming the required code (require (“ConciergeServer”)) is present and that the device is not secured.
I have tested with completely disabling the firewall on the PC, as well as opening the specific ports. i have seen no difference in behavior.
VeraConcierge version 2.031 is installed
The vera is on the same network. Both vera and the device running veraconcierge are on static IP addresses.
Additional Notes:
From the vera concierge account page. If I click on “connectivity”, I will receive a small pop up that doesn’t open properly (through chrome, edge and IE). image is attached. If I click on update cloud information, I receive a confirmation that the information was updated.

Additional Notes:
I have attempted to run vera concierge on a raspberry pi 3, but could not get it to see or register the vera at all, so I shifted to the windows 10 pc. At least I can detect the windows 10 pc.
I just got started with vera concierge so that I could connect my new broadlink RM to vera. So far, vera concierge has been unable to detect the broadlink device, so that is a second problem that only becomes relevant if I can get the main connectivity working.
I have attempted to solve this by myself for a week, including the following threads and many more on a couple different sites to no avail.
Any help or guidance that can be provided is greatly appreciated.
