I just noticed I can’t control any device from my Veramate app (iphone). It keeps displaying: “refreshing, please wait…”
The zwave light in the front panel stays mostly off and lights only intermitently. The Power and wan lights are solid green and wifi keeps blinking.
Have powered the Vera3 unit off and on. No success.
Can you help? Thanks
Have you tried logging into your vera directly to see if you can access and control your devices?

I just tried to log into my vera from my pc but get the message: luup engine is taking longer to reload, try again.
Another observation from today: watching the vera3 panel, twice in about 20 minutes it spontaneously went into a reset sequence: first power orange, then other lights orange, then green, etc.

Oh no… Is the power light alternating orange and green…
Yes, it WAS alternating. Now the Vera3 is behaving normally, the zwave light is solid green and I can control my devices as usual.
I wish I knew what started the bad behavior and what corrected it.

Good to hear you are back up and running again. I ran into this error, but for me it turned out to be some corruption, which was a nightmare to get fixed.
