I upgraded to the UI5 interface on my Vera2 device and I noticed the vera smartphone app doesn’t work any more. The icons are missing and there is only text which is meaningless. Is the Vera smartphone app not compatible with the UI5 interface? I kinda of wished I wouldn’t have updated since the theme icon layout in UI5 I think is terrible including the color scheme and now the smartphone app doesn’t work either. So, does anyone have any information on how to make the smartphone app work in UI5?
The app is UI5 compatible. At least I have set it up on multiple vera’s and it is working fine everywhere. Did you try clearing your browser cache and reloading the smartphone UI?
Hmm, I tried all that and it just shows a few squares where the icons are and lines of the text below. I couldn’t make it work. I ended up just breaking down and paying $14 for the automator iphone app. This works beautiful. Thanks again for your response. I wished the smartphone app would have worked with UI5, but the automator apps works even better.
