Vera shift functions is broken

Hello.

I have vera plus. I want to make it a secondary controller, and the stick primary. I added a stick to the network, as a secondary controller. I press the shift function, but the “Delivery failed” error is thrown. The same error when I click “Get network update from SUC / SIS”. Stick has SUC flag set

Any progress so far? I’ve got exactly the same issue trying to migrate my z-wave network from VeraPlus to UZB stick.

The stick successfuly included into z-wave network and detected as a scene controller by Vera.

After that I swtch the stick to learning mode and hit “Controller Shift” on Vera and the same message occurs.
