I have had 17 devices go undetected for over a day and they are ZigBee link Ge bulbs
I have other zwave sensors as well as 2 Aeon 6in1 sensors
Go control door windows yada yada.
I had trouble with lack of geolocation and was given the canned email about it with issues.
Now this is not detecting 17 link devices. And I have no control of anything.
and someone in support turned off remote support. I have never turned it off.
I am very savy running gaming servers since 1990 Win 3.14 on up,
This is getting to be a chore with Vera plus.
I just want it to work.
Are we really are at the mercy of firmware support?
I am getting pissed by having to reset these dam bulbs to go back to wink to get it to work!
The best thing to do in this situation is to contact Customer Care to let them try to resolve you issues. Email them the details of what is going on or not going on, enable remote access by going to Settings–> Customer Care in the UI. Include the code in your email to support@getvera.com and CC me so I can make sure you get taken care of as soon as possible.
I believe that is off by default. you have to turn it on when you need it to be turned on.
it allows support to remote into your device.
so it really should be off until needed.
Ok I am calmed down and have been patient,
But really its been a pita to reset 17 bulbs 5 -7 times and backing up the fresh reinstall locally and finding out the restore only restores for an hour with no control and then the devices slowly are not detected again.
The first in the series of the mesh is 20 feet away from the controller and less than 15 from the next and so on.
I am diligent to make sure when including devices to start from the nearest to the farthest away from the controller.

I would like to know what it is I can do to either backup my fresh re-associations of devices and know it will infact restore control and usage of all of them when I restore?
Do I reset networks? Sync?
I am looking for the “Find my devices button” ;p
