Vera Plus Cannot add or delete door codes

All was working great until a couple of days ago when I could not add or delete Schlage door codes using the app or from the webpage.
When I enter a new code, it says it accepts it and it shows up for a few seconds, then disappears.
I have two VERA plus devices and both have the same issue.
Firmware 1.7.5186 (7.31) installed

Anyone else having a similar issue?

This has been down for two days but I was just able to add two codes with restrictions…thanks to the person who corrected the issue.
