problem in Europe?

All systems are operational. No issues whatsoever with EU servers. It must be a local issue.
Check your internet connection and cables and if everything looks alright, contact Customer Care.
You may want to power cycle unit as well.

Just came home and saw two lights where blinking, internet and service. Put power off and on.
And the controller came on line again. Thanks
