Vera Mobile App - Not Connecting

I have recently installed the Vera Mobile App (Version 1.9.107) on my phone. The app works fine when I am at home and accessing my home network. Yet the app will not connect to my VeraLite over the 4G network, on the home tab it simply notes connection failed.

On the other hand if I go to the web browser on my phone I can connect to the VeraLite, which leads me to thinking this may be more of issue with the app than my setup.
